How it works
Instead of families applying individually, your church brings a group. Each camper comes with the volunteer buddy who already knows them from your ministry, and your church provides at least one additional adult who qualifies to serve as cabin parent.
Your group joins the full camp week alongside our other campers – same schedule, same activities, same faith-centered rhythm.

We serve many diagnoses – all are encouraged to apply
When your church brings the group, campers arrive with someone who already knows their story. Your ministry extends the relationship you’ve already built into a full week of adventure, growth, and faith.
Your volunteers and cabin parent get to see your campers shine in a new environment – building memories that carry back into your congregation long after camp ends.
What we ask of partner churches
Every adult who comes with your group – buddies and cabin parents alike – must complete a background check and child protection training, and attend orientation before camp begins. Your cabin parent will also need to meet our cabin parent qualifications.
