Together, we create possibilities.

Donate

West Texas Camps and Retreats provides a unique summer camp experience for individuals with various disabilities to experience the acceptance and love of God. We invite to join us in creating this welcoming environment for these campers and their families by giving to one of the opportunities below.

Building Purchase

Before we can host a camp, we need to secure a building and land and invest in creating the infrastructure to support the ministry that will allow us to serve campers and their families.

This involves:

  •  Securing funding for Startup Operations
  •  Purchase Property
  • Develop a campus site plan

Operations and Administration

We are diligently working behind the scenes to create a camp experience where children and youth with disabilities can experience and know the love of God. Your donation helps make this possible.

Where Needed Most

Donate to the general fund for West Texas Camps and Retreats to help in areas that need the most attention. We want to create a facility where campers and their families can bond with other families that face the same challenges.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere of acceptance, a place of peace, and most of all, an experience unlike any other where the love of God is center stage.

Special Projects

No camp experience is complete without some exciting activities! Camp also requires some things that most wouldn’t think of, such as medical supplies or items for a sensory room. If you would like to support a special project, see the list below, or contact the Executive Director, Wayne, at [email protected] to learn more.

  • Facilities like a Welcome Center, Administrative offices, or Dining Facilities
  • Infrastructure like public water systems, sewer, natural gas, underground electric, phone and wife network, roads, sidewalks, irrigation
  • Lodging for campers, their families, and staff
  • Medical Clinic
  • Sensory Room
  • Camp Store
  • Campsites for RV and tent camping
  • Indoor swimming pool
  • Recreation Pavilion
  • Ziplines
  • Adventure Course
  • Fishing Pond
  • Archery and BB Ranges
  • Horse Riding Arena
